Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nødebo website and platform (together, the “Services”) provided by Nodebo Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Nødebo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Services

Nødebo provides an MCP gateway that connects your organization’s AI assistants to approved tools, applications, and data sources through a single endpoint, with centralized credentials, access control, audit logging, and usage metering. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services in a way that violates the terms of any connected system or data source.

4. Third-party services

The Services let you connect third-party models, systems, and data sources. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Nødebo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, designs, and content provided by Nødebo, are owned by Nødebo and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nødebo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
